“I can't rave enough about our time spent at the farmhouse. Sandy & Martin were the most welcoming, friendly, responsive hosts. The farmhouse itself was large enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy and the kids loved waking up to visit the farm animals each day. Wonderful experience...10/10. Highly recommend!”

“8 of us [3 generations] stayed six nights in this rather spacious house with good beds and plenty of bedding, towels, and two nice bathrooms--one very spacious. Very handy to attractions in Richmond and in Berea. We didn't use the house much during the day--spending time with family in Berea [EASY commuting distance] and did almost no cooking there. Would be first choice if booking again in the area.”
