“Property was great. Basement and the kids were pretty loud upstairs, Property manager told me he has kids but didn't expect the loud running around.”

“It was fun to stay in a house that had historic charm but with fresh updates. The location worked great for us for the things we wanted to do in town. There was plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated how the upstairs bathroom was set up with the shower and toilet in a separate room from the double sink vanity. Essence was easy to communicate with and prompt when we needed new light bulbs for two side lamps that had burnt out bulbs. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and……

“Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. ”
