“Captain Ron is my favorite host so far! He met me at the dock on the cold dark pouring rain, to make sure I got aboard and was comfortable. And the next day, kept me posted on the tide situation. He was helpful in every way possible. The boat is comfortable and welcoming. It is quiet and the water is calm. It is close enough to go do things, but secluded enough to feel like you’re a million miles away from every day life. I definitely will stay again, and I’ve already recommended it to……

“I truly don’t know where to start with this beautiful place.I messaged the host before I came that I was using the space to host 5 of my closest friends for my 25th birthday and to cook them a 3 course meal from scratch. The host was prompt, kind and informative. When we arrived we had already packed everything we needed to cook but to our suprise when we arrived the air b n b was not only stunning but had everything you could possibly need! Dog leashes and bowls, artisan knives, ceramic serving……

“Had a great stay at the property. Robert, the host/owner, is amazing to work with. Super responsive, very attentive, and incredibly kind. Upon arrival there were a few things on the exterior that caused a little concern (porch in somewhat rough shape, neighbors house very close and not in great shape, backyard in somewhat of disarray -- both BBQ grill and firepit were filled with water, back fence gate propped up by cinder block) but don't let it take away from what is inside. Very nice……

“Perfect for a family stay”

“We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay……

“I love this house and will definitely stay again when visiting Richmond. The interior is splotless and beautifully decorated. The host provided for every amenity and was instantly available to answer questions. The fenced back yard was secure and safe for my oupy. The neighborhood is very walkable. I highly recommend! ”

“Location was great!Parking lot was a little difficult to find at first. Plenty of parking and close to the entrance. Residents of building were friendly! Kitchen was well stocked and rental was clean!Highly recommend house slippers or flip flops to wear inside because the first floor was very slippery with socks!Easy check in and check out.
