“This was our family’s first trip to Acadia, and this home offered a nice proximity to the park and Bar Harbor. It was a comfortable size for our family of four and a huge benefit that we could bring our dog at the last minute. “We loved staying here at this cozy waterfront property. It was spacious and with a functional kitchen which was a plus! The location, although a bit away from Acadia, offered an escape from the busy-ness of Bar Harbor. The surroundings are serene with a lake just upfront. Overall a good experience. Just be prepared to check out on the dot at 10.00AM to make way for the cleaners.”

“We loved our stay at this property! It was so clean and comfortable and felt very homey! The view of Belfast Bay from the screened porch was the icing on the cake. We prepared a lot of our own meals, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The home was in the just-right location for our explorations of Midcoast and Down East Maine.”

“This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended!”
