“Overall a nice stay. The location was great!!! Would have liked a couch in the main room, and a kitchen included. Also, main bed mattress was old and could feel springs. Sheets were missing from the beds. Pillows old and lumpy. I’m not picky so enjoyed my stay but my partner was not satisfied. ”

“The Yellow House is adorable, perfectly appointed, and clean and tidy. We loved it! From the fresh milk and cookies waiting for us on arrival to the easy and friendly communication with Rachel, the owner and manager, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. The beds are comfy, and little details are great- like bedside lights that turn on with just a tap and power outlets right in the night tables. At the end of a long day, we all appreciated the couch and loveseat where all of the seats reclined! ”

“Top notch everything”

“We had a great stay at Matthew’s house. The house was way bigger than expected, as it has 4 traditional bedrooms plus two additional “bedrooms” in the basement with futons. As a group of 7 we didn’t not utilize the downstairs at all, but it would be great for a larger group and some air mattresses. Matthew’s house was clean, had easy check in/checkout, and situated about 10 min to Beaver Stadium. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!”

“ Very clean and appreciated all the amenities supplied by the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub, multiple tvs for march madness, and close location to everything. Great communication with the owner. Would recommend!”

“I recently stayed in this cottage for a winter getaway. It was just as described and perfectly appointed! Guy and Jane met me shortly after arriving and told me a little about the history. They were easy to reach during my stay and very friendly. Overall the cottage is cozy and I was relaxed and comfortable during my stay. The Little Juniata is a short walk and the scenery is beautiful. I look forward to staying again!”
