“The soundproofing needs improvement, I was awaked by people walking back and forth in the room above mine clearly during deep sleep.”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

But the bathroom wasn’t great. The dispenser didn’t work on the toiletries provided and no toiletries are provided for a bath - only a shower. The plug chain on the bath tub had snapped too. All a little frustrating after a long days travelling. Location is great and the surrounding area is beautiful.”

“We stayed in several hotels around Ireland. Grafton had the best bed and pillows and was very quiet despite being next to a very popular pizza place that had block long lines. Lots of great pubs nearby.”

“Beautiful hotel from the lobby to the room to the restaurant/bar. Great location. Excellent service all the way around. Lovely outdoor patio attached to the restaurant. Spacious room. The only downfall is the temperature control in the room. We had warm, sunny spring days during our visit and the room was a bit humid. Everywhere else in the hotel was cool but our room and our friends’ room were warm and humid and we could find no way to control the temperature. Other than that, our stay was a……
