“We had a really nice stay at that house! Near a surf shop and the beach! The access to a pool and a hot tub makes it nicer. The house is perfect, there’s everything you need in it! Nice spot!”

“The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. On our second to last day we were approached by the parking patrol and told this. He was super nice and said he wouldn't ticket us but another may. I said we were leaving the……

“Cute cabin in small quiet campground close to pool and short walk to downtown. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a small family getaway or a relaxing weekend.”

“My husband, 5 yo daughter and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending. The location is perfect, so close to the best beach in Southern ME. They provided a lot of items to make the stay comfortable. There were 2 things that we really didn’t enjoy. One was arriving on vacation and having to make our own beds. Bit of a pain. And the bed size and comfort, could have really used a queen bed and updated mattress in the primary bedroom. ”

It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach, stores and amenities. The property owner/manager was responsive when we ran into an issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I will absolutely keep this as an option for future vacations and weekends at Old Orchard Beach!”
