“On 4 PM arrival, apartment had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived at 6 PM and completed cleaning at 7 PM. The pictured bedside lamp didn't have a shade. The owner replaced the lamp and refunded 30% of my first day's rent to compensate for the uncleaned apartment. As noted by a previous guest, the photos don't show the heavily stained and ridged carpet or two holes punched in the bathroom door.
