“When looking online the condo looks great when you get there it looks like a old run down hotel the inside looks nice but then there was a smell of poop in the kitchen and there are roaches inside the washer didn’t work it had a horrible smell it leaked water all over the kitchen and the owner didn’t answer when I called or texted on top of us not being able to check in until 5:30 that part he tried to fix but he lied and never showed up to fix or answer my other complaint ”

“I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying……

“Overall the stay was well received. The patio was everything. However there was pet dander on the blankets that were sitting on the sofa. The Laundry Room was not welcoming at all. “Beautiful, clean and roomy home tucked in a nice neighborhood with park within easy walking distance. The owners stocked the property well with everyday items needed for our stay. While we stayed for one month, the pool, laundry and garbage were regularly taken care of behind the scenes. Grocery and department stores were easy to find. Our every need was seen to.
