“Communication was slow and inefficient (they only replied a message in three days or so). Arrived late on the day and already told the camp site, then found that they didn’t provide the self check-in code as they thought payment was missing. Contacted hotels.com staff who was so nice to fix that. “Staselig hotell som selvfølgelig er noe preget av tidens tann. Likevel bare sjarmerende. Supert svømmebasseng, deilig frokost og fantastiske omgivelser. Første natta bodde vi på et rom med terrasse på bakkeplan uten andre luftemuligheter enn en balkongdør. Vi fikk uten problemer bytte til et annet rom med vindu neste dag. Topp service! Beliggenhet noen meter fra butikker og togstasjon, uten at det var sjenerende, kun et pluss. ”

“Praktisk, bra og meget barnevennlig sted! Leiligheten var over all forventning. Veldig hjelpsom personell. ”

“We stopped in Geilo because of the way back to Oslo from Bergen. We knew nothing before arrival but we finally knew that it’s the great place for skiing. After our arrival, we checked in at 7 or 8 pm but the staff still told us the necessary information. The room is spacious but the interior of the ground and underground are in progress of renovation.
