“In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might……

“My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. ”

“Doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's spacious and comfortable. Property owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with. 40 mins from JMA wireless dome and 10 mins from Turning Stone casino. ”

“We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly.”

“The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! ”

“The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.”
