“Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. A day or two before arrival I still had not received check in instructions so I messaged the host. He was quick to respond and the directions were……

“I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!!”

“Pulled in a 1am, slept and out again by 9am. Beds comfy, everyone had fresh linens, very clean. Only little worry was getting out of the parking area with trucks and trailers. The road isn’t busy, but people fly. ”

“Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again.”

“I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden. ”

“This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill.”
