The resort is located at the middle between Angkor Wat and the middle of the downtown. Travelling to Angkor for sunrise or sunset takes about 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city. It is a boutique resort, the size of the resort is not comparable to those big chain hotels/resorts, but you may get very personnel services/greeting from the staff. They even can address your name on the first night I stayed there. Lovely.

Excellent hotel with great service

"I stayed in Ruffles siem reap for my first time and I was there for my honeymoon, their service was excellent with very attentive friendly staff, everything was taking care of very well. The swimming pool Was massive and comfortable and prefect for getting a bit of sun tan during my holiday.this ..."

Luxury hotel with very nice hotel staff

"Clean and stylish hotel. Staff are very nice, always smiling and provide help. Good location next to the national museum. The French restaurent is very good, but only open for dinner. Food quality in the other restaurant Citadel needs to be improved though."
