“Very nice stay. Hotel staff were friendly and were able to decorate our room for our anniversary prior to our arrival. Good varierty of food in their restaurant. Great location. Very convenient. Overall a great stay.”

“相片和期望不乎，職員帶我地去suite 門口時，門外地板係掘空既，跟本入唔到門口，但職員似乎無行動去處理，直到我要求處理先處理好地板，但間房原來水喉水量唔夠，只可以浸浴先夠水洗澡，而熱水都唔夠熱，所以私人桑拿都係唔夠熱，床都係唔平，訓得唔係咁好；第二日終於有另一職員幫手處理床既問題，但此終都係解決唔到水既問題。 希望酒店可以認真解決設施既各個問題。”

“Clean and stylish hotel. Staff are very nice, always smiling and provide help. Good location next to the national museum. The French restaurent is very good, but only open for dinner. Food quality in the other restaurant Citadel needs to be improved though.”

“the people working the property was kind but I was expect a bar and a spa as in the add and there wasn't either. The wifi wasn't great so I went to other places to get work done and eat and drink but over all was ok just not what I expected. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Montra Nivesha. The hotel is beautiful. We were well taken care of by Mr Rama. We had fabulous massages and a great recommended guide ( Mr Sophy) for a 3 day Ankor Wat tour. We would definitely stay again if we return!”

“The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The air conditioning was marginal and only in the rooms- no AC anywhere else, including the gym. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for Cambodia, it was overall nice for the price. There is only one pool. Which is totally fine and the pool was lovely, but misrepresented by the hotel. There is no spa. Easy transportation right outside the hotel. Overall, a nice stay but again, misrepresented by the photos and description on the website. ”

“I stayed in Ruffles siem reap for my first time and I was there for my honeymoon, their service was excellent with very attentive friendly staff, everything was taking care of very well. The swimming pool Was massive and comfortable and prefect for getting a bit of sun tan during my holiday.this hotel treat every customer as a special guest, they welcoming me with a brunch of very beautiful lotus flower they tidy up the room in the evening as well as in the morning so I can just relax myself in……

“The rooms were very nice and the staff were amazing. I wanted breakfast in the morning before tours and they helped get it delivered. They need to update amenities according to what is currently available. That was the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. ”
