“The staffs at front desk are very friendly. The guestroom is clean. Free WIFI can be used in the room. Breakfast buffet is very good. Free parking is also offered but double parking is a little bit inconvenient. One supermarket is located within 5-minute walk.”

“Ein cooles Hotel, das gym ist übersichtlich, aber mit technogym Geräten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück top. Frühstücksreservierung gab es ein sprachliches Missverständnis, könnte aber geklärt werden. Der Begrüßungscocktail war unerwartet, wir hatten uns dann tatsächlich richtig auf die bar gefreut, der Drink war dann aber ungenießbar. Auf basis der Hauslimonade zusammen mit Alkohol. Die Hauslimonade war nicht richtig angesetzt und schmecke nur nach Wasser, die gute portion Vodka beim Alkoholischen……

“Irritationen beim Check-In zur Buchung, zur Zimmerkategorie und beim Ceck-Out zur Zahlungsweise. Wiederholte Bemerkungen seitens des Personals, wie schlecht das mit Expedia laufe, trotz meiner Hinweise, seit langem mit Expedia sehr gute Erfahrungen zu machen. Der Wellnessbereich war nur extrem eingeschränkt nutzbar. Der Whirlpool gar nicht. Am Ende ließ sich alles klären, zur Erholung trug das nicht bei. Beim Frühstück war der Kaffee kalt und bitter. ”

“Perfect location for going just 20km north to Heidelberg or less than an hour south to the scenic roadway through the Black Forest from Baden Baden. The hotel is at the end of its street in a quiet neighborhood and backs up to farmland. Plenty of free parking. We had no children with us, but there is lovely open space for them to run about and a walking trail to a small park. (Ask for a room in Bldg 2, second or third floor - for the quiet farm view from your private balcony) Spotlessly clean……

“Everything went well. Room was clean, bed was good, noise level a bit high due to the nearby railway line and main road. Breakfast sufficient and varied. We found the restaurant near the hotel pleasant.”
