“We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time”

“The hotel was beautiful and the room luxurious and clean.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was fine, but not great. I would stay here again. ”

“This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. ”

“We stayed one night. The owner was very communicative with check in times to make sure he could be there to let us in and explain everything. It's a small, personal business so not a typical hotel . You need to order your breakfast then evening before but the croissants and bread were delicious. We had a family room which was large, the air conditioning was great and amazing as it was so hot in Naples, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful. All in all a great place to stay and……

“Great location. Nice staff. High floor with view. Taxi fixed rate to airport - need to confirm with driver they all wait outside and ask for more but I refused. No garage need to park nearby - also check several garage on the price - varies. Quite like the hotel in general”

“Convenient”

“Die Unterkunft ist ein wunderschönes und luxoriöses Hotel. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren außer die Umgebung, die wirklich dreckig und unpraktisch ist. Man brauch mindestens eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum und am Abend auch mal länger wieder zurück. Aber, wie gesagt, das Hotel an sich ist mit Sicherheit eines der schönsten in ganz Neapel.”
