“The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies. The cons of the hotel: The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . When asked the hotel staff to fix the wifi internet the person who worked when we were checking out said……

“The experience at this hotel was very nice, it is a strategic place if you want to visit the main spots in Puglia. The hotel is brand new which is a big plus. “Abbiamo trovato un Hotel con gestione familiare con personale molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. Menomale la camera era riscaldata, visto che il tempo era un pò bruttino. Purtroppo il termostato non si poteva regolare ma volendo si poteva staccare del tutto, in caso di avesse caldo. Quindi ok. Colazione con cornetto e caffè o cappuccino servito al tavolo, piccolo buffet con frutta fresca, yogurt, diverse merendine, fette biscottate e marmellata ecc. Molto carino. Wifi forse un pò da……

“We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. ”

“Bed & breakfast a conduzione familiare, molto accogliente, silenzioso e pulito, in una zona verde e ben curata alle porte di Melfi, vicinissimo ad un rinomato ristorante. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili.”

“In deze stad in binnenlanden van Basalicata ligt dit hotel. We hadden een ruime, nette en schone kamer met airconditioning en een balcon. Onze auto (mits niet elektrisch of op gas) mochten we in de garage van het hotel parkeren. Ruime toegang met veel ruimte via een steile ingang. Auto stond daar heerlijk in de koelte. ‘s Ochtends mochten we in de bar kiezen wat we wilden eten voor het ontbijt. Sapjes, cappuccino, yoghurt gevulde croissants etc. De eigenaar was zeer gastvrij en niets was teveel.……
