Simonetta und Francesco haben es sehr, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Der persönliche Checkin und Checkout hat uns gutgefallen, beide sind sehr, sehr nett. “Villa looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen is modern with an induction stove and every mod con. Tv has access to Netflix, Disney etc. There is a PS5 to keep the children happy. On the whole a nice villa to stay in. A bit remote in October has not much is open in this area, though in summer it'll be fine.”

“Maria très bienveillante, très reactive pour tout et très discrète. Maison très grande, vraiment très bien équipée et très agreable avec une très grande terrasse, une grande cuisine, un local pour la machine à laver... grand jardin ombragé, accès à la propriété sécurisé par un portail automatique. Nous etions 9 adultes, notre sejour a été très agréable.”

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Porto Pino est une petite station balnéaire magnifique principalement fréquentée par des italiens. La région du sud est superbe. La location, parfaitement propre concerne une partie de la villa d'environ 80 m² intérieur plus un patio et une magnifique terrasse aménagée et éclairée donnant sur un magnifique terrain arboré sans aucun vis avis. L'autre partie de la résidence peut être habité par les propriétaires mais sans aucune proximité. La climatisation……

“Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens.”

“La casa é confortevole e ben attrezzata, sia per il riposo, che per il soggiorno, con spazi ben divisi e ogni confort. In mezzo al verde, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia e a 1 km dal porto di Carloforte, dove si trova ogni comfort a portata di passeggiata. La parte esterna è particolarmente ben costruita: il soggiorno apre su una veranda protetta da vetri scorrevoli. Di solito, spirano brezze piacevoli e rinfrescanti. Davanti alla veranda si estende un’ampia terrazza-solarium attrezzata con comodi……
