“This guest house is as advertised. In a fairly quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Access was simple and problem free. The unit was clean and comfortable.Felt secure and safe.There is virtually no outside yard to speak of, however, it suited my purpose perfectly. A place to sleep and regroup after multiple long days in meetings at Anaheim Convention Center.Would definitely consider booking this guest house again.”

“If I could rate Sarah & the Avocottage 20 stars, I would! Walking into this house was like walking straight into the listing….it fit the pictures perfectly! The space was very carefully thought out. The decor was fun. The kitchen was so well stocked. This house had everything a family would need-from paper products, charging stations, linens, games, to coffee supplies, etc….there was not a detail left unthought of. We had 7 people stay with us & we had more than enough space! Sarah was a great……

“NOT Wheelchair accessible-stairs at front door and to inside from garage area!! Once inside, it is. Pictures provided are not what you will see or get upon arrival. Different couches, outdoor seating is falling apart and not at all what is in the image advertised. Popular Amenities listed in advertisement- Hot tub-whirlpool tub in one bathroom may be what this was, no other one provided. Game Room-no, some incomplete games Gym, Fitness Room & Outdoor play area - there is a bigger yard but no……
