“Perfect walkable neighborhood, perfect location just steps from the beach, a lovely cottage with french doors to enjoy the Santa Barbara weather! My wife and I loved everything about our stay. Very communicative host.”

“It was unusually cold weather so we were not able to enjoy beach, but easy walking access was nevertheless appreciated. Sofa bed in living room and the two beds upstairs worked well for the four adults. Nice to have downstairs half bath as well. Some of the dishes in cabinets were not very clean and had to be washed prior to use. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, and multiple coffee makers..”

“Had a great family stay! Manager was very responsive to the one issue we had with hot water and fixed quickly. The property was clean overall but floors need a good cleaning (my feet got dirty inside the house). Location is excellent for walking to the beach, zoo, and state street. Downside is the noise from being right next to the train tracks and freeway. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location and very quiet. We didn't have any problems with street parking. We recommend bringing some additional padding for the sofa bed and roll away mattresses. We appreciated having both so our kids didn't have to share. Will stay here again in the future!”

“Amazing stay! Beautifully decorated and extremely clean space with a perfect balcony with a view. Very considerate and hospitable hosts. We appreciated all the extras… wine, lemons and welcome on arrival, beach towels and chairs and the use of the laundry room. “We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”
