“It was clearly communicated that we could check in early the day of our arrival. Upon getting settled in it was noted how clean the home was. Everything was available to us as described on VRBO. The location is ideal for Zion and other state parks. We had a great 5 day stay. The grand children from Arizona and their parents visited as well. “Stayed with friends and our kids and were really impressed at how accurate the description and photos are to the property! The rooms were roomy, beds comfy, kitchen has all the things you need to cook! Backyard was gorgeous! Pool was a perfect size for the kids (ages from 2-12). We had a little trouble with the fridge as it stopped cooling on 4th of July holiday but they sent a maintenance guy right away and found out the fridge had a "Sabbatical" setting which we've never heard of! “This home was spectacular! It was plenty big for our family of five, which includes two teenagers. The home is in great condition and has everything you need. The pool was exquisite! An absolute must after a long day of hiking Zion National Park in July! The automated pool cover kept the pool at a perfect temperature. The high wall around the pool provided privacy. The neighborhood is beautiful and already has us contemplating our own retirement here someday! ”
