“We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.”

“This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that we could walk to the market, stores and restaurants. The hosts have provided everything you can think of in the house with extra pillows, towels and supplies. I love that you don’t have to clean anything before you leave - no washing sheets or towels or vacuuming like some other places we’ve stayed. There’s a nice place to sit out front of the house to enjoy the flowers, butterflies and birds. Every time you walk out you are greeted……

“The Bed in the unit had bed bugs. It then took an hour and a half on the phone to get a refund. No compensation or help finding anorher place to stay was given. VRBO does not help in anyway if it is only a 1 night stay.”

“Great pre-stay communication with owner regarding kitchen amenities (the units have a stovetop but no oven). Please to find most basic kitchenware included (pot, pan, can opener, knives, salt/pepper, strainer). Quiet location, centrally located in Palmdale. The pool looks nice, even though we didn’t use it. They *may* be serving continental breakfasts again, though I’m not sure whether that was a Christmas morning exception. Thanks!!”
