The location is excellent and we loved that there was a grocery store and some food options within waking distance. The communication from the host was excellent, as well. “This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable……

“Monika was a great host and was always accommodating. She communicated well and checked us in to ensure we were ready to go by answering all of our questions. The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in. It was not an issue but the air conditioner is a little loud and kept half the room cool. The fan provided did circulate the cool air around a bit. Off street……

“The proximity of this jewel to the ocean is fantastic. It’s within walking distance of a great brewery, chicken place (love Bruxie’s!), and a grocery store. Easy access to freeways. The place was clean and offered just what we needed. Thank you!”

“To begin with, the apartment is in a nice building surrounded on three sides with nice things and on one side with not so nice things. the amenities of the building are nice as well. the apartment itself is also nice with a washer and dryer that comes in clutch. as for the bad, this apartment is not located in Beverly Hills. Second, the apartment has some issues (cleanliness, things broken, things not working, etc.) but you might not find them to be that big of an issue. Third, parking is not……
