“Quaint apartment, with enough amenities for a great six day stay! The parking is a little tough, but the location and views are fabulous. The pellet stove needs to have directions for the renter when it is cooler weather. I would definitely say again. Francesco was great and helped me with a lot of questions!:)”

We were able to buy fresh pasta from the market down the road so that was perfect. The host was fantastic with communication and made an excellent dinner recommendation which is literally next door. “This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! ”

“Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. “This property and our stay was outstanding. Everything was exactly as we hoped. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa is away from the city, but the town is easily accessible. You do need a car. The view from the property is like in a dream and we sat for many hours in the mornings and evenings taking it in. The home is spotless with everything we could possibly need.
