“We absolutely loved the Lost Garden! This special place was created with intention and offers truly beautiful food, linen, garden, swimming pool, drinks, soaps, and people! The colors and calming decor combined with aromatherapy and a stunning view really created an invitation to breathe. The staff took great care to pay attention to every single detail and helped with anything we asked. Upon arrival we were offered a fantastic welcome drink and cookies while our bags were whisked to our room.……

“The hotel is amazing, it was one of the best experiences in our life, very comfortable and quiet room with fantastic views, perfect service and great staff. The spa is fabulous and possible to go there with kids from 6 years old. Breakfast was tasty, and Vinha restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The hotel also has a nice garden and transfer to the city centre, which was so convenient. We will definitely visit this place again.”

“Pros: Location, spacious balcony, pretty building (skylight on the 3rd floor), cooking/microwaving available, big windows, modern interior, the staff was kind and informative! (Small) Cons: You need to meet the staff in order to get into the building (not ideal when it rains), the interior is pretty and modern but in reality they may not be perfect - some parts of the floor were squeaky, decorated with mostly ikea products and kitchenware, some lamps weren’t working properly. “Nice place, no onsite parking, modern room. Staff was quite young and not really into customer service. Four or five mopes behind the counter most of the time, couldn’t be bothered to help. A word to the wise is sufficient!”

It was very good value, easy to get to from the airport (30-40min train a 5min walk from Trindade station) and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and convenient - not much on the doorstep but just a 5-15 minute walk to the centre and other places to eat and drink. ”
