“Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room. The staff were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was stunning. For 4 days in May 2025 it felt like a fairytale in a palace. ”

“The property is beautiful, kept in perfect condition. Staff is very professional. Very good breakfast with impeccable service. We had a standard room but it was a good size, comfortable. One thing that we did not like is the shower. The position of it in the wrong place so it's uncomfortable to use otherwise the water would be all over the floor. Location of the hotel is also very good. We did not have a car and used the train to arrive, explore other parts of the region and depart to our next……

“We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room. It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance.”
