Die Aussicht ist Abend für Abend grandios! Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitbringen! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. “We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben……

“We had a tremendous time in the house. It was spacious, the garden was very enjoyable. The kids loved the jacuzzi. “Bellissima villa immersa nel verde. Le foto dell'inserzione non rendono del tutto giustizia all'abitazione di cui ci si innamora sin da subito. Ideale per soggiornare con un buon gruppo di amici. “This property was dreamy. Arlene, our host greeted us with welcome arms. She was just lovely. The house was immaculate, view was stunning. We spent most of our time on the veranda sharing meals and playing games. When we got warm, we enjoyed the outdoor shower! We stayed 6 days but could have stayed longer. “As others have said you can hear motorway noise but this really didn't bother us. Location is not quite as described as it's not in the centre of cavi but up a steep winding hill so takes around 20 minutes to walk to nearest restaurant. However being up the hill means you have three most amazing views so totally worth it.”

“The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Very peaceful and tou can hear the church bells every hour. We walked 45 minutes down the mountain to the town of Zoagli on the trail next to the property. Very intense but worth it. This property does have 50 stairs to get access to so prepare accordingly. Would stay here again without question.”
