“Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und es kann sein. dass wir einmal wieder kommen. Besonders hervorziheben ist der großartige Ausblick. Allerdings sind einige Angaben in der Beschreibung schlichtweg falsch: Der Strand von Pescoluse ist niemals in Gehminuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß benötigt man mindestens eine Stunde. In 20 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand von Torre Pali. Da man nach einem Bad im Meer, den Aufstieg lieber vermeidet, mussten wir doch meistens das Auto nutzen. Für uns war……

“Sono tornato per la seconda volta in questo Palazzo stupendo per festeggiare il mio 50 esimo compleanno, se io potessi ci vivrei per sempre lí: avevo la camera di fronte alla piscina con dei soffitti a stella e il bagno en suite, con la doccia enorme. Ho chiesto di fare il late safe check in, perché sono arrivato in aereo tardi la notte , e il mio host ha organzzato un trasfer con Renê Taxi per tutto il gruppo. Noi abbiamo avuto un tempo fantastico, abbiamo avuto il cuoco che ha cucinato per noi……

“The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient……

“We were blown away from start to finish the second we arrived on this property. Panoramic ocean views abound from pool deck to roof deck to the multiple patios and decks to the living room. Herbs and chilis grow all over the gardens. The kitchen has everything needed to cook anything. There’s even an outdoor wood fired brick oven. Ada and her husband were very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. Many sights, beaches and attractions are within an hour or less of the property. The……

“La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et propre. Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !”

“Bien située tres ensoleillée l'acces à la mer est un peu difficile mais récompensé par la couleur de l'eau Quelques points negatifs : un seul chauffage pour toute la maison, on a eu du mauvais temps et c'etait un peu juste. Sinon pour l'ete c'est ideal.”

“La villa est parfaitement située pour visiter la région et profiter de la mer. Petite crique idyllique (un peu moins accessible quand la mer est forte) et déserte au pied de la maison. La vue est exceptionnelle et le jardin bien plus grand qu'en photo. La piscine est également très agréable. Quelques petits désagréments au niveau de l'évacuation des douches et de l'aération des pièces en souplesse mais rien de grave. L'agence en charge de la maison est très réactive et présente au moindre……

“Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Grotta Azzura B verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.
