“We were recently displaced from our home for several weeks due to the Pacific Palisades wildfire. We decided to go to the Marina del Rey area, as it was far enough from the fires that air quality might be better. This apartment was perfect for us - husband, teen daughter and small dog. “My wife and I stayed here for her birthday in January, and it was absolutely perfect. We live in San Francisco and had always wanted to hop over to LA for a weekend. This spot surpassed our expectations. It’s super close to the beach, in a nice neighborhood, and so walkable to a ton of cute shops and restaurants. Not to mention that Alex is a phenomenal host! Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher.
