“We enjoyed our stay. New renovations are nice. Only downside was the pool was SO packed & busy. We couldn’t even get a lounge chair. We got our $50 resort fee refunded (which was very nice) since we couldn’t even sit or use the pool. The new restaurant was amazing, staff was friendly. It was noisy at night- alot of kids running around & yelling (hello summer break.) definitely request a top floor if you go on a romantic getaway.”

“Where to begin? There were pubic hairs on the sheets. There was hair in the shower drain. The pillowcases, towels and bathmat were all dirty. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were drug deals in the parking lot. The night shift employee was incompetent and marked one of our rooms as a no show but gave us keys. This is obviously used as temporary lodging for parolees and homeless people. Someone tried to break down the door twice to gain entry. They came back with a metal pipe and were……
