“From the moment you arrive at the resort everything is about making your stay relaxing and memorable. All staff are friendly and focussed on customer service - we went for a swim prior to the pool bar/restaurant opening and were greeted with a member of staff making sure if there was anything we needed we could get it. The rooms are incredible, the restaurants good and well stocked with wine and knowledgeable staff. Simply excellent resort in all aspects ”

“What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.……
