“My group of six friends had a really great time at Villa Makai, Santa Teresa location! Our plan for this vacation was to be active, eat healthy, have a lot of fun and have time for a relaxation as well. “The pictures of this gorgeous compound give only a hint of how great our experience was. We didn’t have to go anywhere to see what Costa Rica offers. Had a few delicious meals at Flor Blanca’s restaurant which is a quick walk on the beach, but mostly we took advantage of the well supplied kitchens for meals. It was truly a treat to stay here. ”

“We had a great stay with our family. Lucia (property manager) was very responsive and the daily housekeeping service was so wonderful! The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants but not in the busy part of town. Added bonus since we were there last is now there are lifeguards at beach - made me feel better given we had 4 teenagers in the water with lots of rip currents. “Amazing house. Better than pictures. Right on the beach. Perfect spot in town, but feels like your own paradise. Security and on-site help were fantastic. Will definitely go here again!”

“Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive.”
