“Property is in a great location, a quick walk up the street from "Eat Street". Centrally located in the town.The property iteself was eveything we needed.There were some ants that came in at night, but as long as we didnt leave food out, it helped mitigate them.The pool was the big selling feature.The biggest downside was the construction going on behind the property. “We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Milya for a week while visiting Santa Teresa. While a few minor things have changed since the pictures were taken the property was lovely and well cared for! Eight of us had plenty of space to spread out and the location on the beach was perfect! Eli the caretaker and little Kiwi were wonderful hosts as well as the concierge Catalina, who was extremely helpful!! Several great restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store at the end of the street……

“Amazing property and location. You are ON THE BEACH on a large piece of land with jungle separating you from the business of downtown Santa Teresa. Walking distance to tons of great restaurants and yoga studios. We loved going to hotel Tropico Latino which is right next doors for great meals on the beach and excellent yoga in their outdoor studio steps away. We had hoped for good surfing right out front but the waves were not cooperating during our stay. The beach is wonderful and endless, great……
