“Fortunately, we saw Nordic light the second day on the lake in front of the hotel. The Nordic light was very clear and fantastic.
There are sun block curtains at every windows but only half transparent curtain at the door in living room which made us felt a bit lack of privacy.
Apart from this small issue, we have a great holiday in the hotel. We love the sauna, bedroom, washroom, kitchen and the 10% discount given by the hotel for reservation of local tours. It is also very quiet and easy to……

“This hotel is wonderful! They provided a wide range of food for breakfast and the kitchen utensils were of premium quality. You can simply buy food and cook yourself inside the room. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Everything there was excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there if I come to Rovaniemi again!”

“It is amazing, wonderful, comfortable accommodation. My family like this hotel very much. There is sauna inside the house, we like this facility very much. “The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.

"Perfect house, perfect location, perfect hotel restaurant! Just 5 minutes walk to Santa Claus village. All parts in the house are in perfect condition, especially there’s private sauna in each house, an enjoyable stay.
Also, I sent the massage to celebrate my lover’s birthday at the very last minute and the hotel did tried their best to help with the arrangement.
The hotel restaurant is totally underrated and it only got 4.6 in Google. However, after having dinner in surrounding restaurant with a high-score, I think this restaurant should be the best one. "

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "

"I stayed here for just one night, and the power tripped twice. I had to move a chair to reach the breaker box and reset the switch both times. Also, the front desk said their sauna was great, but when I went to the women’s changing room, the light wouldn’t turn on at all. The location is great though "
