“This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc.
Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.”
“Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!”

"I really liked the modern design in an heritage building. Stayed in the studio for four nights and it has a kitchen with everything you need.
The team is amazing, gave me really good trendy restaurants recommendations. They are also very helpful and responsive when you asked them questions on WhatsApp.
The restaurant Santa Joana and the bar Spiritland were amazing. Great design, food and amazing friendly team.

"Our stay was really bad. When we found cockroaches the 2nd time, we made a complaint to the front-desk again and asked for a room change. The front-desk attendant, showing no sympathy at all, immediately excused that a room change could not be arranged because the hotel was full. We asked her for an acceptable solution but had to leave because of our scheduled visit. We came back at night and asked for an update. The front-desk attendant called someone to get an update, showing his sympathy, and then affirmed that we could change a room ANY TIME on the next day. In the morning of that day, we asked the front-desk attendant whom we made the complaint the details of the room change, which was supposed to be properly arranged. Once again, she was very straight, showing no sympathy at all (not even a smile), and said that the room change could only be arranged after noon, the official checkout time, rather than ANY TIME as committed. We mentioned that this was not possible as we had some arrangements. We were really doubtful that for a hotel with almost 100 rooms, there must be someone who checks out early. She neglected our doubt and simply suggested us to pack our stuff so that their staff members could move our stuff to the other room, without considering that travelers had tight schedules and could not spare time to pack and unpack. Without any acceptable solution, we had to stay in the same room, with cockroaches."
"Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. "
