“It was quite good hotel experience. Attitude of reception and staff were very kindly. The minor issue with soundproofing was a bit of downside. Wi-Fi connection was too strong and comfortable.”

“房間不錯, 但如果由雙人房改為加大雙人床就更好了, 冷氣就最好改為不要對著床頭, 不然睡覺時就一直吹, 隔天就頭痛了。早餐款式是自助的, 但款式比較少, 大概只有10道菜吧。飯店的職員服務很好, 也很親切和幫忙。不過飯店停車場門口有一小段很平滑的也很斜的路, 也請飯店的管理層留意一下, 當天沒有下雨也滑倒了, 下雨的話應該更滑了。升降機的設施蠻新的。”

“Nice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too.”

“I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative……
