“Really nice place to stay, very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The food was excellent. Good advice and booking for tours. Location is a short walk from main centre, a few mins, but that makes it nice and quiet. Close to harbour so easy access from ferry.”

“We had a lovely night stay here. You’re on an island so some ants and bugs can be expected. This isn’t The Four Seasons so if you were looking for that you would be disappointed. What you will find staff willing to go above and beyond like Jonathan, who made our stay lovely. Love that you could just walk to the beach right behind the property. The peace and tranquillity you will find here is unmatched. I think this is the best place to stay on the island. We will definitely be returning. ”

“The hotel is close to a ferry (5 min walk ), the beach is really nice and the staff is friendly. Gabrilella was super helpful . The only problem is the condition of the hotel : it’s very outdated and you can see bugs and little lizards , even in the best room Acadia. There is not dinner there but they have drinks and breakfast . ”

“Close to restaurants and ferry. However our “beach view” was completely obstructed and the bathrooms had mold all over the ceilings. This was the only Hostal we stayed in that did not have water for us to refill our bottles. They did have a store to buy a few items. My daughter forgot her earphones and they flagged us down to let us know which was really nice. The property needs some serious work. I paid more for the ocean views from the patio but wasn’t able to see it at all. ”

“The owner of the property let us check in early and check out late. She also provided a great breakfast every morning including homemade breads and fruit juices. She also helped us with our excursions and hailing taxis. Very nice host with pride of ownership.”

“I was really impressed with the service provided and the friendliness of the staff, they really helped to make my trip to Isla Isabela as memorable as could be. The staff were simply terrific and made sure I understood how tours and ferry/taxi services worked, and when there was a small mix up with a tour the desk clerk was able to have it corrected and send me on my way so the little delay. The hotel is very clean and extremely accommodating and is a great option for what I was looking for,……
