“For the money, it was excellent value, fantastic location, perfectly adequate breakfast included, very spacious room and a usable if unappealing kitchen. Room service a little slow - as in return home at 4pm to an unmade bed (oh boo hoo poor me but some people might care though I didn't and just said "don't worry" when she turned up). But dirty towels (I cared). Bed was comfortable although bedding was well used and apart from a sheet there was only a thin white quilt thing with no cover.……

“3 stars in Asia is, of course, not 3 stars in Europe. But the pictures are misleading. This place is obviously old and worn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good service. Sadly, sheets were worn and not clean, bathroom virtually outdoors (although they seem a little renovated) and climate and fabrics in the room were very moist and clammy (tip: run ac on dry mode for a few hours and you'll be fine). The pool was very green, I would never use it looking like that - although there……

“A little bit far from Sanur center but the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the garden Villa area with private pool which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is acceptable and the towels are not clean enough. All in all, we are satisfied with the price we paid comparing what we got.”
