“也許是因為三年疫情的關係，入住的客房熱水器損壞，但是櫃檯人員馬上安排我們去另一間客房洗澡，隔天熱水器也已經修好，飯店也提供我們免費一次SPA補償，在整體的服務態度上良好。”
