“We enjoyed our stay in the cabin! The cabin was well equipped with all necessities. It was nice sitting in the rocking chairs and swing on the front porch and looking out into the woods from the back. Only problem was the mosquitos but there was a can of OFF under the bathroom sink! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and calm vacation that is in close proximity to state park with hiking trails. 20 minute drive to Walmart but it seemed faster.”

“The house is great! Very, very clean. It has everything that you need. The view from the back porch is truly unbelievable. The property is secluded and very quiet, but 15 minutes from Meadows of Dan and Chateau Morrisette Winery and Restaurant. Communication with the host was great! Without a doubt, this is the most peaceful place we have stayed at.”

When we come to Meadows of Dan we are visiting with family in nearby Laurel Fork. The cabin is so close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the overlooks on the Parkway at Rocky Knob are spectacular . We walked up the street in the neighborhood almost everyday and could see the cows in the meadow and off in the distance Buffalo Mountain. Meadows of Dan is a……
