“We have stayed for two weeks and overall, I would recommend this place as a excellent choice for couples. A very good mix of ages here, so not a retirement center for snowbirds. They have a really good staff that will sort out any minor problems that may pop up. Beds are comfortable and the food in the restaurant on site is very good. It is a 10 minute walk to the Marina where there are multiple shops and restaurants. ”

Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). “Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”

“This is such a lovely place to stay in Albufeira and I would definitely stay here again! The apartment is lovely and clean, with a very nice balcony and view, and very good internet connection. There is 24/7 reception in case you need help with anything. The location is great, about 10 minutes walk to the old town centre and the beach. I will say that you have to take stairs to get there, so that might be difficult for people with mobility issues, which is not the fault of the property. ”

“Property was beautifully groomed and clean with lush gardens.Many pools although outdoor were not heated and very cold but kids were enjoying, especially the water slides. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Views of the beach were amazing. Several restaurants and bars. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Also has a tennis court and soccer field. Really nice place, family oriented.”
