“Quinta de Recião has numerous properties. This review is for the one-bedroom cottage (Casa do Moinho - the Mill House) The Mill House is a beautiful property, hosted by beautiful people. The main room has kitchen, table, lounge, small TV and a fire. The separate bedroom has two single beds with an adjoining bathroom. The cottage sits right on the edge of the Rio Varosa (Varosa River) and the sound of running water is peaceful and calming. There is the option to have a home cooked meal……

“Fomos um grupo de 8 adultos a trabalho, em pleno Agosto. Fomos bem recebidos à chegada. As cortesias da casa valem bem a pena. Local ótimo para descansar. Nenhum incómodo por parte de terceiros. Os proprietários sempre flexíveis com os nossos horários de entrada e saída. Alojamento muito bem localizado e higienizado.”

“ Our week at Casa do Monte far exceeded our expectations and will be a beautiful memory for our entire family. The ladies that took care of the breakfast and cleaning were wonderful and communication with Marcus was very easy. The breakfasts were delicious. The swimming pool and the outdoor area around it were perfect and we had a weeklong family party. Ricardo and Paula are a couple that operate a restaurant in Teixeira, a short drive from Casa do Monte. They provided a delicious dinner……
