“This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc.

“Apartment room is spotless clean with everything needed. Front persons are very nice and helpful for anything. Location was great with many cafes and restaurants nearby and walkable. Grocery/convenience store is located next door which was very handy. Only potential issue for light sleepers are road noise, as the apartment is facing to the main road that has constant traffic even in the late night. Noisy guests were there at near-by restaurant in the late night for the weekend. ”

"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."

"Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. "
