“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“This is an outstanding hotel at an excellent price. The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world with a fantastic selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury. The eco-garden was lovely and the facilities looked great even though there was no time to experience them on a very short visit. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzis would have been an undoubted highlight if our stay hadn’t been so short. June is a quiet and comparatively chilly month in Iguazu. In the summer months……

“Destaco o atendimento atencioso da Cleonice, porém as condições de limpeza e manutenção da casa estavam sofríveis ... de teias de aranha nas paredes a vaso sanitário sem tampa... de toalhas sujas e encardidas a sabonete grudado em janelas e saboneteiras ... a "cereja" do bolo foi a sanca de gesso do hall da escada se desprender e cair na escadaria, minutos antes de encerrarmos a estadia.
