The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. “Check in 的時候櫃檯搞錯房型，Check out的時候帳單金額也錯誤，本來櫃檯人員不願更改，還好自己有把訂房的email留下來仔細找出免費項目才免除費用。再來就是房間的整潔度實在有待加強，床單枕頭套都是髒的，第二天還出現蟑螂，冷氣也必須開很久房間才會涼，實在很不Ok！而早餐及晚餐，食物的種類選擇不多，擺放也擁擠，因此拿取食物的時候整個感覺好混亂，食物也不好吃。還好唯一覺得開心的是滑水道孩子很喜歡，不過這是必須額外付費的項目！”
