“O atendimento, a limpeza e o café da manhã são excelentes. O quarto onde fiquei deixou a desejar para um hotel 4 estrelas, na minha opinião. Uma reforma no banheiro seria bem vinda e sobretudo a troca dos colchões (claramente acima da vida útil das molas) por colchões mais novos, e consequentemente mais confortáveis. ”

“The property is extremely kid- and family-friendly. They have everything you need to keep your children entertained and provide special supervised activities at the pool. The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided……

“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“Everything is average. 34degree Celsius outside and the Air con in my room wasn’t cold enough and they said at least it’s working.”
