“The hotel staff were very friendly. One of us has coeliac disease and the hotel accommodated her incredibly. A special mention to Sao our host in the restaurant and to the Chef Vinicius who both really took their time to explain and to assist us. Overall we had an excellent stay. “Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”

“This property was lovely. The grounds and the many pool areas were kept immaculate. The apartments were large as were the outside terraces. The decor is a bit outdated but everything is kept so clean and it was a pleasure to stay . Of note, the Alfagar Aparthotel does supply soap and shampoo but does not provide body cream or toothpaste so you will want to bring your own . All The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
