“The accommodations were perfect. The unit was newly renovated and beautifully done. The only problem was it snowed very hard when I was there and didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities they offer due to being closed for ice on the roads. You pay for the amenities card as part of your booking, but everything was closed and no possibility of ever using the card. I called and asked for a refund for the amenities portion and got some excuse that wasn’t acceptable. I hate it, but I’ll never book……

“The pictures truly don’t do the property justice. The views are incredible, the house is enormous, there are tons of things to do inside and outside the property. We had three families including 8 kids between 7-14 and there was something for everyone. The game and movie rooms are awesome. Everyone can be together in the huge great room and dining room and kitchen. There is the main kitchen plus mini-kitchens in the upstairs mother in law suite and downstairs basement area. “Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. ”

The setting for the water garden to the outdoor fire pit and two open decks and hot tub to the tasteful furnishing fully equipped was a delight. Cooking, entertaining and for last minute items a short distance to nearest grocery. Highly recommend.”
