“Very friendly ”

“After a long day, we stay in Hyatt House hotel. Everything is excellent. Comfort bed with a lovely kitchen and clean bathroom. I will give 10/10 to this hotel. ”

“Nice hotel but front check in could be little more friendly. Two women checked in after I did and I noticed that they must’ve been reward members and they were treated a lot nicer and offered water or a bag of chips upon check-in. It just felt a little strange. I didn’t necessarily need the water or the chips just the smiling service.”

“The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to……

“It's really quiet here, the rooms are spacious and soundproof. I can't hear any sound while sleeping at night. The comfort is really great. My husband and I will still choose this place”

“房間很大，有廚具，方便長時間出差。hotel的健身房不大，兩台跑步機，一台滑步機，一台綜合重訓機，還有啞鈴和瑜伽墊。 此外還有飲水機。 泳池就有點太小了。 早餐就是很美式，變化不大。 附近覓食很方便，有星巴克，拉麵店，希臘餐廳，走遠一點還又麥當勞和Popeye's 附近開車五分鐘，還有一個outlet”
