“The beautiful pool across the street was so convenient for the kids. The pool and townhome seemed new, fresh, clean, and we had access to a lot of fun activities. It took 30-40minutes of gorgeous scenic driving to get to our hikes (Gloria Falls & Donut Falls). We also did a fishing trip with ProWest Fishing and I’d highly recommend that. It was so fun and we caught a ton of fish. We did the aquarium & dinosaur museum as well. Thanksgiving point is where the dino museum is and it’s about……

“Our daughter and her family recently moved to Springville. We were so pleased to find Art City Inn. It is only a dozen blocks from their house, just minutes from Smith’s grocery store, and part of a wonderful downtown area. The Presidential Suite was a delight, and hubby enjoyed the hottub in the courtyard. The lovely park next to the Inn was a great place to bring our two grandchildren, and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch at Magleby’s, also next door. We highly recommend staying at Art City……

“This is an amazing property with something for everyone. The kids absolutely loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the variety of other activities - pool table, games, sports court, and projection TV. The location is very convenient with amazing views of Mt Timpanogos. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. Lisa is a very responsive host and also checked in to ensure we had everything needed. Would highly recommend this property for large groups.”

“We had a lovely time in the Mountain View Mansion. We've been getting together as a group of friends for about a decade. There's nearly 30 of us, ranging in ages from 3 to 43. We've met in places all over the country and this house was, by far, the best place we've ever stayed. The house was huge and even in our giant group it never felt crowded. “You know how it’s tons of fun to wash ALL your laundry after you camp because EVERYTHING smells like smoke? That’s how it was staying at this VRBO, except there was no campfire, just a thick cloud of old food smell. The smell was so thick that not only did it coat you and everything you brought, it had the additional bonus of keeping you up at night. And as a fun surprise, the listing says it sleeps 11, but if you bring more than 5 people, you get charged an additional $20 PER PERSON! I LOVE……

“Excellent location, easy to find. Communication was great. There were a few areas that could have been a bit cleaner. Upstairs linen closet was a mess with sheets literally wadded up and tossed on to shelves. Made us wonder if they were clean. The floor of that closet was super dirty. Not a big deal, but sleeping in clean sheets is a priority so we did wonder after that. Kitchen was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Didn't feel rushed out the next day which was nice. ”

“This is the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials as well as the bathrooms with shampoo, soap and body lotion. Everything was clean and the property was nicely appointed.The property was centrally located to the Provo Rec Center as well as BYU. There was a Smith's grocery right across the street.”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
