“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. We enjoyed the Hogle Zoo and Tracey Aviary this trip. There is a great dog park close by and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. “The home was in the perfect location for us. Our kids are going to school at BYU. They were able to stay with us and easily get to class. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the backyard trampoline and swing set kept the kids happy. “While this house is very close to a main road, it was close to everything we needed. The venue our event was held at , restaurants and shopping. Each room has its own climate control which was a huge help. We only stayed for 2 nights, but Brandon was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The view out the front windows was spectacular!! The mountains around there are breathtaking. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back next year. ”

“Great location. Easy check in and check out. Accommodating. Good parking on site. Mostly great stay except for a few annoying issues. The water pressure was so high it was painful to shower. The bathroom floor upstairs was warped so when you tried to shut the bedroom door leading in it scraped and made the loudest sound which awakened people at night. The air conditioning didn’t work But mostly it was a pleasant stay. ”

He has two cameras just for the location we were at, which initially made me feel safe.
