“We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Alyssa was very quick to communicate with and respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The home was in the perfect location for us. Our kids are going to school at BYU. They were able to stay with us and easily get to class. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the backyard trampoline and swing set kept the kids happy. The host was easy to communicate with as well. I’d highly recommend staying here. ”

“While this house is very close to a main road, it was close to everything we needed. The venue our event was held at , restaurants and shopping. Each room has its own climate control which was a huge help. We only stayed for 2 nights, but Brandon was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The view out the front windows was spectacular!! The mountains around there are breathtaking. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back next year. ”

“The Ivy Cottage is a great place to stay while visiting SLC. The cottage has everything one would need. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to work with and were very considerate (they even provide some treats, which were much appreciated). We were skiing and this location was great as it was very close to the slopes (10 minutes from Alta or Snowbird). The views were fantastic and setting was very peaceful. “From the pictures we fell in love and i was in contact with Randy from before booking. He was the best we have ever dealt with. So helpful and friendly. He even allowed us to have things sent to the house for our son that we forgot at home that he needed for his archery tournament.
